Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an early career Civil Engineer to join our Advanced Manufacturing group in the United States. You will help conceptualize civil designs for land/site development, including grading, drainage, and sewer analyses, while working under mentorship to grow your professional skills.

You’ll contribute to site development, utility routing, and stormwater planning, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to meet scope, budget, and schedule expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated experience with civil design for land/site development.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize initial civil design for land/site development.
• Prepare grading plans and earthwork calculations.
• Perform hydrology analyses for stormwater systems.
• Analyze and design wastewater systems.
• Ensure design quality and adherence to AHJ requirements.
