Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Advanced Manufacturing group in the United States. You will lead multi-disciplinary civil design for land/site development, grading, and drainage, while coordinating with clients to meet schedule and budget objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of civil engineering experience, a PE license or the ability to obtain it within 6 months, and strong AutoCAD Civil 3D skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 15+ years of engineering experience with large-scale industrial developments.
• Strong design and analytical capabilities for multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D design modules and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development and master planning for land/site development.
• Oversee underground utility routing and site space planning.
• Perform hydrology analyses and stormwater design.
• Design gravitational wastewater systems and perform earthwork balancing.
• Develop erosion control and stormwater management plans.
• Ensure compliance with AHJ requirements and permit approvals.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects.
