• Experience with change management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Problem solving and root-cause identification.
• Certified Change Management Professional certification/Six Sigma helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change initiatives and coordinate the change process.
• Define standards for EEPs, SOPs, MOPs and WAPs; ensure client systems integration.
• Create high-quality error elimination procedures and content.
• Collaborate with Engineering CoE and Operations Managers for tracking EEPs.
• Develop reporting on assets changes across platforms and ensure compliance.
• Automate processes to drive continuous improvement and scalability.
