Job summary

Salute is a leading provider of data center infrastructure services, seeking a Change Management Specialist to drive relationships with hyperscale clients. The role focuses on creating and managing technical procedures, documenting processes, and ensuring all changes are clearly communicated and tracked.

You will work with engineers and operations teams to document changes, maintain lifecycle procedures, and communicate updates to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center or critical facilities environments.
• Basic understanding of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) including power and cooling.
• Experience creating or maintaining technical procedures (SOPs, MOPs, EOPs or similar).
• Strong written communication skills for clear, accurate technical documentation.
• Ability to communicate with clients and cross-functional teams regarding change activities.
• Proficiency with standard tools such as Word, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical procedures (MOPs, SOPs, EOPs).
• Collaborate with engineers and operations teams to document processes and changes.
• Ensure changes are tracked in ticketing/CMMS systems.
