Job summary

Salute Inc. is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support data center operations by creating and managing technical procedures and ensuring changes are clearly communicated and documented. You will work with engineers and operations teams to document processes and track changes in CMMS systems.

The role requires strong written communication, experience in data centers, and familiarity with SOPs/MOPs/EOPs, plus collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a data center or critical facilities environment.
• Understanding of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) including power and cooling.
• Experience creating or maintaining technical procedures (SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, or similar documentation).
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, accurate technical documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams regarding change activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical procedures (MOPs, SOPs, EOPs).
• Work with engineers and operations teams to document processes and changes.
• Ensure all changes are tracked in ticketing/CMMS systems.
• Communicate change updates to clients and internal teams.
• Support continuous improvement of processes and documentation.
• Maintain and update procedures throughout their lifecycle.
