Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a detail-oriented Manager of Data Center Capacity Management to build and lead a team responsible for optimizing power, space, and infrastructure capacity across our global data center footprint. Reporting into a Senior Manager of Data Center Operations, this role owns our capacity function, with a focus on power utilization optimization, auditing, and capacity planning.

This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site at one of the posted locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in critical environments with data center capacity experience.
• Experience optimizing power utilization in data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Hands-on environment with technology to manage and grow environments.
• Experience leading a team and developing staff.
• Ability to influence across partners and suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of data center power, cooling, network and storage.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 and SOX compliance via physical audits.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead comprehensive capacity planning across power, cooling, space and availability.
• Define and iterate infrastructure capacity requirements and reporting benchmarks.
• Perform regular physical audits to support SOC 2 and SOX compliance.
• Provide project management support including tracking SLAs and EOL planning.
• Leverage DCIM tools to drive accurate capacity planning and inventory management.
• Apply AI to enhance decision-making and process efficiency.
