Ladders is seeking a Manager, Data Center Capacity Management to oversee planning and governance of critical infrastructure capacity across data centers, focusing on power, cooling, and space utilization. Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Data Center Capacity Management (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will oversee the planning and governance of critical infrastructure capacity across data center environments, with a focus on power, cooling, and space utilization. The manager will partner with operations and project teams to maintain accurate capacity data, strengthen reporting, and support strategic decisions that improve reliability and efficiency. This position also brings leadership responsibility for team development while applying AI-enabled approaches to enhance planning and operational outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000+ annually

Responsibilities
  • Lead comprehensive capacity planning for power, cooling, and space
  • Define and implement infrastructure capacity standards and reporting
