Job summary

CBRE DirectLine, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, seeks a Foreman in Forest City, NC to lead network infrastructure and cabling projects on site. You will report to the onsite Project Manager and coordinate with field engineers and trades to deliver milestones on time.

You will oversee safety compliance, read drawings, manage labor, and QAQC, while ensuring customer standards are met. Strong leadership, communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in installation of cabling technologies and rack infrastructure.
• Capable of leading multiple crews.
• Proficient in reading drawings/blueprints.
• Ability to forecast manpower and manage labor.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and region codes.

Responsibilities

• Report to onsite Project Manager.
• Coordinate with Project Manager schedule.
• Capture weekly updates from Leads.
• Attend weekly syncs.
• Oversee milestones and productivity.
• Oversee site safety conditions.
• Coordinate with Field Engineers and trades.
• Manage labor on projects.
• Review completed work with QAQC.
• Ensure work meets customer standards.
• Validate materials required.
• Attend customer design/build review meetings.
• Support new deployment and live site requests.
• Assist team with new technology and vendors.
