Job summary

CBRE Forest City, NC is seeking a Foreman to lead and coordinate data center infrastructure projects on site. You will oversee labor, safety, and adherence to schedules while collaborating with field engineers and trade contractors to deliver quality builds.

You will report to the onsite Project Manager, manage milestones, review QAQC, and ensure customer requirements and drawings are met throughout the build lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience five (5) plus years in cabling technologies, rack infra and large-scale builds.
• Ability to lead multiple crews and manage field labor.
• Strong written and verbal communication and safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the onsite Project Manager.
• Coordinate with Project Manager's schedule and directives.
• Capture updates from leads and submit weekly.
• Attend weekly sync with Project Manager.
• Oversee milestones, productivity, and site safety.
• Coordinate with Field Engineers and other trades.
• Manage and control labor on projects.
• Survey completed work with QAQC before review.
• Ensure work meets customer standards and drawings.
