Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to supervise on-site project execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. You will manage multiple crews, coordinate with field engineers and trade contractors, and uphold customer standards throughout the build.

Responsibilities include monitoring productivity, validating materials, managing labor, and supporting both new deployments and live site requests. Leadership involves assessing team strengths and recommending training for leads.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in installation of standard cabling technologies and managing large build projects.
• Ability to lead multiple crews and coordinate with field engineers and trade contractors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Report to onsite Project Manager and follow schedule directions.
• Oversee safety conditions and productivity on site.
• Coordinate with Field Engineers and other trades for execution of work.
• Manage labor on assigned projects and monitor quality against standards.
• Validate materials and project data; track metrics and deliverables.
