Job summary

Network Connex seeks a Foreman to lead all phases of data center installation projects. You will manage engineering work, ensure high-quality installation, and deliver excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

You will supervise Infrastructure Technicians, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with field supervision. The role requires on-site work with significant travel and a strong background in structured cabling or telecommunications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of verifiable experience in structured cabling or telecom.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; obtain within 90 days of hire.
• First Aid and CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Fiber optics and BICSI certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of data center installation projects.
• Lead engineering work packages and ensure installation quality.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor Infrastructure Technicians and enforce safety and production standards.
• Organize materials, supervise daily work, and ensure compliance with plans.
