Job summary

CBRE DIRECTLINE, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, seeks a Foreman to support delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects at a site. This role will require development, management, customer engagement, operational and leadership skills.

The Foreman will report to the onsite Project Manager and oversee milestones, safety, and QA while coordinating with Field Engineers and other trades to meet customer standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in installation of standard cabling technologies and rack infrastructure.
• Ability to lead multiple crews.
• Must read/understand drawings, blueprints and portmaps.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the onsite Project Manager.
• Coordinate with Project Manager’s schedule and directives.
• Oversee milestones and productivity adherence.
• Oversee site safety conditions.
• Manage and control labor on assigned projects.
• Validate project data and track quality and delivery.
• Attend customer design/review meetings as needed.
