Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Foreman to lead data center construction at the Ashburn, VA site. You will supervise crews, coordinate with the Project Manager, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery of cabling and rack infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in installation of standard cabling technologies and rack infrastructure.
• Experience leading multiple crews and coordinating with Project Manager.
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints and portmaps; strong safety and QAQC focus.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the onsite Project Manager and align with schedule and directives.
• Oversee labor, productivity, and safety on site; coordinate with Field Engineers and other trades.
• Validate project data, monitor quality, and ensure adherence to customer standards; document lessons learned.
