Qualifications

• Must lead a crew of 1-5 technicians and manage job walks with customers.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and building documentation.
• Knowledge of copper and fiber cabling testing and troubleshooting.
• Experience in Data Center environments with safe, clean work practices.
• Excellent communication with foreman, leads, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Install/decommission network and cabling infrastructure in Data Centers.
• Deliver sustainable, repeatable solutions and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide structured feedback on project progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality workmanship and Data Center cleanliness.
• Follow all safety and quality standards and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with QAQC on quality status walks.
• Track and submit crew timesheets and perform job walks.
