This role collaborates across the organization to position Sonepar as a trusted partner in the data center market, drive pipeline growth, and support revenue objectives. Travel of roughly 40–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic sales, business development or account management.
• Proven ability to influence decision-makers within complex organizations.
• Experience identifying and developing strategic growth opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience in mission-critical and construction industries is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Travel up to 40-50%.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with hyperscale data centers, large providers, procurement teams, engineering firms, and other influencers.
• Create and execute account engagement strategies to position Sonepar as a trusted partner.
• Develop multi-level relationship maps and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Identify early opportunities in project lifecycles and support revenue objectives.
• Track and map data center projects and maintain CRM data.
• Collaborate across leadership teams to align growth initiatives.
• Represent Sonepar at industry events and stay current on market trends.
