Job summary

You will own the technical direction for data center architecture and operations, define standards for power, cooling, cabling, and network integration, and automate the commissioning of new capacity. Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating production data center infrastructure.
• Friendly with cross-functional teams and incident response.
• Strong scripting and automation skills.
• Ability to design commissioning, diagnostic, and maintenance systems.
• Experience in hardware, firmware, networking, and power/cooling domains.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction for data center architecture and operations engineering.
• Define standards for rack design, power, cooling, cabling, network integration, serviceability, safety, and security.
• Design and automate the commissioning of new capacity and build repeatable installation checks.
• Build observability for hardware telemetry and use data for diagnosis and capacity planning.
• Lead root-cause analyses and turn failures into improvements across hardware and software boundaries.
• Improve maintenance procedures, spare planning, and hardware lifecycle management.
• Lead on-call coverage and coordinate with vendors and partners.
