Qualifications

• 7+ years in data center project management.
• Deep knowledge of data center design, construction, and commissioning.
• Hands-on MEP experience in mission-critical environments.
• Ability to assess vendor SOWs and pricing for cost-effectiveness.
• Strong troubleshooting skills during commissioning.
• Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Based in the Atlanta area with on-site availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of data center development within shell facilities.
• Review and validate SOWs and vendor pricing.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Resolve technical issues during construction and commissioning.
• Ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Maintain 70% on-site presence and report to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations for long-term operations.
