Job summary

Thor is seeking a Senior Customer Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end deployments for large-scale data center and AI/HPC infrastructure. You will coordinate with engineering, EPC partners, contractors, and operations to ensure onboarding, design, commissioning, and operational handover are achieved with minimal risk.

This role emphasizes technical delivery over traditional account management, with opportunities to shape delivery processes and standards as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of experience in customer delivery, technical program management, project management, construction management, data center delivery, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and MEP systems, including electrical distribution, medium/low voltage, mechanical cooling, HVAC, controls, fire protection, telecommunications, and network infrastructure.
• Experience working with customers, tenants, owners, engineering consultants, EPC firms, contractors, vendors, OEMs, and commissioning teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of customer deployments from onboarding through commissioning, handover, and operational readiness.
• Serve as the senior delivery point of contact for customers, building trusted relationships with technical, engineering, and operational stakeholders.
• Translate customer requirements into clear delivery plans, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and execution workstreams.
• Coordinate across engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, network, facilities, security, logistics, and commercial teams.
• Lead customer-facing technical and delivery meetings, providing clear visibility into progress, risks, decisions, blockers, and next steps.
