Intel seeks an experienced Data Center Manager to design, implement, and maintain the DC infrastructure enabling world-class hardware delivery and Enterprise Services. You will work with development and enterprise teams to ensure efficient DC operations and continuously improve automation, reliability, and delivery velocity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years with Bachelor's, 4+ years with Master's in infrastructure/DevOps.
• Proficient in DevOps principles, ITIL processes, and Data Center standards (Uptime).
• Strong understanding of data center operations (power, cooling, capacity).
• Experience with enterprise workloads and infrastructure cost optimization.
• Experience implementing telemetry and performance monitoring systems.
• Willingness to work On Call and After Hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, provision, and maintain DC infrastructure for hardware development/validation and Enterprise Services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Identify and implement automation and optimization opportunities using telemetry and KPIs.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability via proactive monitoring and incident management.
• Drive security and safety protocol compliance.
• Manage facility requirements with suppliers/partners (power, cooling, capacity).
• Optimize infrastructure costs while maintaining efficiency.
• Provide on-call and after-hours support as needed.
