Job summary

Pogue Construction is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to join our Texas-based team. You will report to the SPM/PM and help manage fast-paced, high-safety, data-center and mission-critical projects.

We value hands-on construction experience with a General Contractor, strong coordination with trades, and proactive project control using Procore, Bluebeam, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Qualifications

• Hands-on commercial construction experience with a General Contractor is required.
• Bachelor of Construction Science preferred.
• 2-4 years in construction field serving onsite as Project Engineer or in similar APM role.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to SPM/PM for your project.
• Process RFIs and Submittals.
• Assist with close out process.
• Compile and submit subcontractor pricing after review by SPM/PM.
• Lead Owner/Architect/Consultant meetings.
• Coordinate with major trades and review subcontractors' pay applications.

Education

Bachelor of Construction Science preferred

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent field experience
