Job summary

Pogue Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support complex, fast-paced projects in Texas, including data center work. You will report to the SPM/PM, handle RFIs and submittals, assist with close-out, and coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and major trades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Construction Science preferred.
• 2–4 years in construction field onsite as Project Engineer or in similar APM role.
• Experience with data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large commercial projects.
• Exposure to MEP systems coordination and installation.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent field experience.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to SPM/PM for your project.
• Process RFIs and Submittals.
• Assist with close out process.
• Lead Owner/Architect/Consultant meetings.
• Lead coordination and final coordination meeting on storm shelters if required.
• Review subcontractors pay applications.
• Assemble owner billings.
