Job summary

Pogue Construction in McKinney, TX is seeking an Assistant Project Manager with hands-on field experience to join our ESOP, family-oriented team. You will support project teams on fast-paced, data center, mission-critical, and large commercial builds, coordinating between owners, architects, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years onsite as a Project Engineer or in a similar APM role, and a Bachelor of Construction Science is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Construction Science preferred.
• 2–4 years in construction field serving onsite as Project Engineer or in similar APM role.
• Experience with data center, mission-critical, large commercial projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to SPM/PM for your project.
• Process RFIs and Submittals.
• Assist with close out process.
• Lead coordination and final coordination meeting with Owner/Architect/Consultant.
• Assemble owner billings and assist with subcontract buyouts.
• Attend bid days and assist with estimating.
