Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking an Data Center Inventory & Asset Coordinator to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory of hardware and components. You will track inventory, ensure accurate documentation for shipments, and support the team with tools and consumables to keep services tasks on schedule.

Responsibilities include maintaining data in inventory systems, performing audits, and coordinating with field technicians and hubs.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in inventory/logistics.
• Familiarity with inbound/outbound shipment documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate inventory data in CMS/asset databases.
• Performs shipping/receiving and material movement per standard process.
• Tracks inventory availability and supports order fulfillment processes.
• Notifies management of stock shortages and escalates issues.
• Collaborates with field technicians and hubs on shipping activities.
• Ensures safety requirements are followed and supports process improvements.
