Job summary

National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, will hire an Area Director to lead engineering, splicing, and data center installations in the market. Collaborate with department leaders to create strategic plans aligned with company objectives and ensure market compliance while achieving financial targets.

The Area Director will drive new revenue, grow customer relationships, and manage all operational aspects by hiring, mentoring, and training staff to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant job experience in a similar industry or with similar duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational aspects in the market and organize staffing to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently.
• Oversee area leadership and their subordinates.
• Drive profitability through performance reviews and cost/benefit analysis.
• Build and maintain a customer base and serve as the initial contact for targeted accounts.
• Provide leadership and direction on project costs and timelines.
• Manage HR functions including staffing, training, and policy implementation.
• Travel may be required depending on business needs.
