Qualifications

• 3+ years as Project Manager or Operations Manager.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years leading highly productive teams.
• 5+ years experience in fiber optics and/or data centers.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage the market operations and staffing for tasks.
• Oversee area leadership and their teams.
• Participate in national and regional meetings.
• Ensure profitability through performance reviews and results.
• Develop business cases with cost/benefit analysis.
• Source resources and establish new markets.
• Maintain and grow client relationships.
