Job summary

National Technologies (NTI) is seeking an Area Director to lead engineering, splicing, and data center installations in the market. You will align strategic plans with company objectives, ensure compliance, and drive profitability while growing customer relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.

You will manage all market operations, hire, mentor, and train staff, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience in fiber optics and data centers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize operations and staffing to ensure tasks are carried out effectively.
