National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, is a premier turnkey installer of fiber optic and data center infrastructure. The Area Director will lead NTI’s engineering, splicing, and data center installations in the market.

They will drive new revenue, oversee profitability, and grow customer relationships with key stakeholders. The role requires 3+ years in project/operations leadership, hiring and mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Project/Operations management in a technical environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading teams and managing multi-site operations.
• Strong communication and customer relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead NTI’s engineering, splicing, and data center installations.
• Drive profitability, growth, and customer relations in the market.
• Hire, mentor, and train staff; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop strategic business cases.
