Job summary

MG2 seeks an Architectural Project Manager - Data Centers to join our Client Programs Market, leading teams through design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration across multiple US offices. You will manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships while upholding MG2's design excellence.

The role requires 8+ years in architecture, strong Revit/AutoCAD skills, and hands-on leadership in milestone-based delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related field.
8+ years in a professional architecture or design firm.
Licensure as a professional preferred.
Experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office; familiarity with collaboration tools.
Data center project experience required.
Ability to read, write and understand English for job communications.

Responsibilities

Lead project teams through all project phases, ensuring deliverables align with contract, schedule, and MG2 quality standards.
Ensure contracts are in place prior to starting contract deliverables.
Create and maintain milestone-based schedules and staffing plans.
Develop project charters and QA/QC plans for all work.
Assist with proposals and RFP responses as requested.
Monitor project finances and conduct intermediate reviews with leads or PIC.
Review monthly invoicing and consultant billing.
Produce weekly updates and distribute to stakeholders.
