Job summary

Qualifications

• . Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field.
• . 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• . Licensure as a professional architect preferred.
• . Demonstrated experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
• . Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures.
• . Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• . Familiarity with Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams for collaboration.
• . Data Centers experience is required.
• . Ability to read, write and understand English for written job communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams through all project phases, ensuring deliverables meet contract, schedule, budget, and MG2 quality standards.
• Ensure contracts are in place before starting contract deliverables.
• Create and maintain milestone-based schedules and staffing plans.
• Develop detailed Project Charters including a QA/QC plan for all work.
• Assist with proposals and RFP responses as needed.
• Monitor financial status and perform intermediate reviews.
• Review monthly invoicing and consultant billing.
• Produce weekly updates and distribute to stakeholders.
• Lead internal and external project meetings.
• Participate in Quality Control procedures for deliverables.
• Oversee Construction Administration activities including RFI and Submittal logs.
• Conduct site visit reviews and punch list clearance.
• Host debrief meetings post-construction and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage project close-out procedures and align with contracts.
• Manage resources and monitor team performance with feedback.
• Conduct monthly 1:1s and annual reviews for people managers.
