Job summary

MG2 is seeking an Architectural Project Manager for Data Centers to lead cross-functional teams from design through construction in the Client Programs Market. The role emphasizes contract management, schedules, and financial performance while maintaining MG2's standard for design excellence and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include creating charters and QA/QC plans, coordinating proposals, and managing project communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Certification as a licensed professional preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
• Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Demonstrated expertise utilizing collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.
• Demonstrated professional expertise with Data Centers is required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams through all project phases and ensure deliverables meet contract, schedule, and MG2 quality standards.
• Ensure contracts are in place prior to execution of deliverables.
• Create and maintain milestone-based schedules and staffing plans.
• Develop detailed Project Charters with QA/QC plans for all work.
• Assist with development of proposals and RFP responses as requested.
• Monitor financial status and perform periodic reviews with leadership.
• Review monthly invoicing and consultant billing.
• Produce weekly project updates and distribute to stakeholders.
• Lead internal and external project meetings and coordinate teams.
