Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Data Catalog Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end execution of the Enterprise Data Catalog, ensuring scalable, auditable delivery and alignment with Product, Metadata Governance, and Operations.

You will own release governance, audit traceability, and design reviews, mentoring teams and ensuring production-ready solutions that meet enterprise standards for governance, scalability, and usability, with hands-on Alation experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required with 7+ years implementing data governance frameworks.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Alation including workflows, stewardship models, metadata ingestion, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution governance model for the Design & Delivery team with adherence to processes and agile practices.
• Own audit-ready execution with traceability from requirements to release and documented evidence.
• Own release management, including readiness validation and deployment timing.
• Review and challenge design decisions for scalability, governance, and long-term sustainability.
• Drive Alation platform capability including configuration, adoption, and vendor engagement.
