Trace3 is seeking an experienced Program & Delivery Leader to drive the Atlan implementation for Customer 360. Lead plan development, RAID discipline, and governance while staying close to the platform to unblock lineage and RBAC issues.

Deliver a scalable operating model for future domains and drive rollout success. The role requires 8+ years in enterprise data programs and hands‑on experience with modern data catalogs, data governance, and a multi‑system stack including Snowflake, Salesforce,

Qualifications

8+ years delivering enterprise data or analytics programs.
4+ years as accountable delivery owner on complex projects.
Experience implementing a modern data catalog or metadata governance platform.
Hands‑on working knowledge of Snowflake, Salesforce, dbt, SQL Server, and Oracle.
Practical experience designing RBAC / persona‑based access models.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain a single integrated delivery plan covering milestones and dependencies.
Run the RAID log and provide executive status reporting.
Bridge advisory engagement with customer in‑tenant responsibilities to close gaps.
Validate connectors and end‑to‑end data lineage across platforms.
Define rollout packages and enablement materials for adoption.
