Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Data Catalog & Collibra Specialist to lead metadata management and lineage capabilities across cloud and on‑premise systems. You will implement catalog/lineage solutions with Collibra, enable governance processes, and partner with engineering to ensure data is discoverable and compliant.

Responsibilities include driving governance adoption, identifying PII, and supporting regulatory reporting. Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Collibra experience with Catalog & Lineage modules.
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Experience implementing metadata and lineage solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement catalog and lineage solutions using Collibra across enterprise data ecosystems.
• Develop metadata management frameworks, standards, and governance processes.
• Enable end-to-end lineage across AWS and on-premise systems.
• Identify and classify PII and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
