Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible work recording, complying and presenting system or program related information.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, program officials and the public, read/write and communicate in English.
• Knowledge of basic principles and standards of measurement in management disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Mastery of placement transfers data entry and retrieval; support for reports and ad hoc analytics.
• Assist in reporting and back-up for Fiscal Unit and various compliance reports.
• Provide software training and assist in new worker orientations.
