What We Do

The Regulatory Data Analyst at ServiceMac is responsible for the production, maintenance, and development of regulatory reports and data solutions. This role involves understanding business processes and data, interpreting customer requirements, and developing meaningful analysis and reports for regulatory requests from ServiceMac and its clients. Candidates should have experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting.

What You'll Do:

1. Develop operational, management, and exception reports using T-SQL in a controlled environment.
2. Create ad-hoc reports for regulatory requests and stored procedures for production reporting.
3. Interpret regulatory requirements into actionable specifications.
4. Mine, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
5. Collaborate with business units to define requirements and validate report results.
6. Test reports for validity, reasonableness, and accuracy.
7. Maintain and test production reports regularly.
8. Assist in documenting reports, data dictionaries, and reference materials.

What You'll Bring:

1. One to five years of recent experience as a data analyst or related role in a financial or banking environment.
2. Formal training or certification in SQL query language.
3. Strong proficiency in SQL, preferably Microsoft T-SQL.
4. Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
5. Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Experience with Mortgage Servicing or familiarity with MSP platform is preferred.

Salary Range: $57,000 - $75,975 annually

This range is an estimate at the time of posting. Compensation depends on factors like knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
