Profile Summary

This role provides subject matter expertise to support sales in Leave Management, Disability, ADA, Paid Family Medical Leave, and related services, guiding clients through the lifecycle from onboarding to renewal. The role involves presenting to brokers and consultants to showcase product capabilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Participate in Finalist Presentations when Leave Management is being presented.
2. Attend client meetings, including implementation and engagement activities.
3. Guide employers on State leave law provisions.
4. Support sales and distribution teams to increase product sales.
5. Provide educational support to internal teams.
6. Stay updated on market regulations and trends, and collaborate on marketing collateral.
7. Represent Voya at industry events and conferences.
8. Build relationships with Centers of Excellence and identify new clients.
9. Develop and support training and RFP processes.
10. Travel up to 50% during peak demand, with short notice flexibility.

Knowledge & Experience

• 7+ years' experience in leave management, consulting, or related fields.
• Knowledge of leave laws: FMLA, State Leaves, ADA, PWFA, PFML, etc.
• Understanding of client lifecycle management.
• This position is remote-friendly, based near a major airport.
