JOB SUMMARY: As a Data Business Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining reports on Tableau Server, including bug fixes, increasing performance of workbooks, and gathering and implementing feedback on any modifications needed.

DUTIES:

1. Manage efforts to fulfill client requests, including:

• Understanding client needs
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for data management projects.
• Creating detailed technical documentation, including data mappings & process flows.
• Communicating effort, timelines, risks, and client impact.
• Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
• Participating in testing and data validation of data management solutions to ensure they meet business needs and technical standards.
• Assisting in project planning and task prioritization to ensure timely delivery of data management initiatives.

1. Support performance, quality, and improvement efforts to streamline processes through data analysis and visualization.
2. Evaluate dashboard quality, consistency, usability, and reliability by documenting and applying best practices to design and development.
3. Communicate with users, technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements and describe data modeling decisions and visualization strategies.
4. Utilize SQL and/or Python in data analytics to collect, understand, transform, cleanse, store, and share data in a privacy-preserving manner.
5. Assist in testing, governance, data quality, training, and documentation efforts.
6. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
7. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
8. Demonstrate the company's core competencies and values.
