Join GrowthAssistant as a Data and Reporting Specialist!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data & Reporting Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining data accuracy across multiple spreadsheets, generating reports, and supporting cross-functional teams with data-driven insights. If you have a strong eye for detail, love working with spreadsheets, and enjoy keeping data organized, this role is for you!

Salary Range: PHP 65,000 - 75,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Management

• Review customer contracts and accurately document details in spreadsheets.
• Organize, clean, sort, and tag data across multiple spreadsheets and internal systems.

Reporting & Quality Assurance

• Maintain and update reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Generate templated reports for internal teams, partners, and stakeholders as needed.
• Identify and flag data inconsistencies or gaps to ensure accurate reporting.

Data Insights & Collaboration

• Assist with basic data analysis to identify trends and key performance metrics.
• Ensure all reporting documentation is organized and up to date.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill recurring and ad-hoc data requests.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience in a reporting, administrative, or data support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, filters, formatting).
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment aligned with EST hours.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in contract review.
• Familiarity with BI tools for reporting.
• Knowledge of Gmail and Slack for internal communication.
