What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Perform database queries, compile and analyze data, and furnish statistical analyses and reports related to service delivery and scheduling
2. Establish procedures for accurate and efficient data collection and entry into relevant databases
3. Input and monitor data collection functions supporting FFSP operations, ensuring data accuracy
4. Manage shared network drives at the regional or installation level
5. Provide technical support, systems administration, and training on software applications to FFSP staff

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree in quantitative analysis, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2. Minimum of two years' experience in data compilation, analysis, and reporting
3. At least two years' experience in database management, IT maintenance, and helpdesk support
4. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Demonstrated experience in providing analytic information and recommendations to leadership
2. Knowledge of the FFSMIS system
3. Experience in customer service and multi-tasking in a data analyst support role
