What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Perform database queries, compile and analyze data, and furnish statistical analyses and reports pertaining to service delivery and scheduling
2. Establish procedures for accurate and efficient data collection and entry into relevant databases
3. Monitor data collection and reporting functions in support of operations and procedures
4. Manage shared network drives at the Regional or Installation level
5. Provide website development, systems administration, troubleshooting, and technical support on software applications

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree in quantitative analysis, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2. Minimum of two years’ experience in data compilation, analysis, and reporting
3. Minimum of two years’ experience in database management, IT maintenance, and helpdesk support
4. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Knowledge of the FFSMIS system is desired but not required
2. Experience providing analytic information and recommendations to leadership
3. Demonstrated experience in multi-tasking and customer service
