Maintain Internal Systems:

  • Maintain Portfolio Management System (PMS) and all relevant Data and Reporting datapoints in the CRM
  • Overseeing PMS account lifecycle activities (opening, closing, transfers, renaming) within the PMS
  • Identify, understand, and provide input related to enhancements, system integrations and data transformation requirements
  • Ensure data integrity. Deploy efficient audits through use of available tools for daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliation of PMS data against custodian records and statements
  • Uploading and verifying cost basis data for security transfers
  • Monitoring and resolving undefined/missing sectors, prices, and security data
  • Reviewing and managing corporate actions (e.g., splits, spin-offs) within the PMS
  • Troubleshooting TWR/IRR performance discrepancies, including FX impacts
  • Benchmark maintenance across accounts
  • Documenting and testing PMS automations to enhance processes
  • Reconciling and maintaining manual accounts and incoming asset data
  • Coordinating with custodians to onboard new interfaces, ensuring all documentation is complete
  • Attend webinars, workshops, and conferences to remain current on product releases and roadmaps

User Support:

  • PMS data and reporting liaison between business unit, corporate, and vendors
  • Managing the client portal, including user access, uploads, troubleshooting, and vendor communication
  • Manage user experience including creating, updating, and terminating users as well as setting up appropriate profiles and permission sets to adhere to firm’s compliance guidelines
  • Provide users with support/training on PMS and its related information in CRM
  • Support bulk data and reporting deliverable needs across the organization (transfer and renames of account records in PMS, uploading documents to client portal)

Reporting and Billing:

  • Maintain client performance reports within the PMS
  • Provide business intelligence by creating/maintaining reports and dashboards
  • Generate timely monthly/quarterly corporate data extract reports
  • Generate ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders’ requirements
  • Work with Billing team to maintain and clean billing -related data in PMS

Physical Requirements

  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.   • This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

  • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
