Job summary

The Data Analytics Systems Manager at the American Nurses Association leads the end-to-end modernization of the Minority Fellowship Program data platforms. You will oversee collection, governance, automation, and reporting, turning complex information into clear insights for leadership, funders, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in data analytics, information systems, public administration, or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience managing data systems, databases, or reporting platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for the data platform and oversee its full lifecycle.
• Coordinate data governance, data quality, documentation, and vendor collaboration as needed.
• Develop dashboards, recurring reports, and ad‑hoc analyses to monitor KPIs and outcomes.
• Translate data into executive narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
