Job summary

The Data Analytics Systems Manager for the Minority Fellowship Program (MFP) at the American Nurses Enterprise will lead the data platform’s end-to-end management, governance, and reporting efforts. You will transform complex data into actionable insights for leadership, funders, and partners, collaborating with project leadership and vendors.

You will develop dashboards, improve data quality, and support annual reporting while ensuring privacy, security, and compliance across the program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, public administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–5 years of experience managing data systems, databases, reporting platforms, or program-management systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analytics to support reporting and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the Minority Fellowship Programs data platform.
• Lead end-to-end data lifecycle including configuration, access, data workflows, documentation, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports to monitor KPIs and outcomes.
