NYC Health + Hospitals is seeking a Training & Analytics Manager to design and oversee programs that expand data access, enable self-service BI, and upskill staff across the system. You will apply governance, data lifecycle concepts, and platform expertise (Epic Cogito/Radar, Tableau, Snowflake) to advise on best practices and support change initiatives.
Experience in healthcare settings is preferred; 3+ years in analytics, project or portfolio management, with strong stakeholder collaboration
Formación
- Bachelor's degree required with related field.
- Master's degree preferred with relevant experience.
- Experience in healthcare analytics or training is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Design and oversee training programs to expand data access and self-service BI.
- Lead initiatives for data governance, privacy, and lifecycle management.
- Provide consulting to leadership on analytics strategy and best practices.
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate training materials for diverse staff.
- Coordinate with IT and clinical leaders to implement capacity-building initiatives.
- Supervise training staff and manage program administration.
