Job summary

American Nurses Enterprise in Silver Spring, MD seeks a Data Analytics Systems Manager for the Minority Fellowship Program. You will oversee the data platform, drive governance, and deliver analytics that inform leadership, funders, and partners.

You will develop dashboards, optimize workflows, and ensure data quality across the program lifecycle, partnering with vendors and program directors to advance grant objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in data analytics, information systems, public administration or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience managing data systems, reporting platforms, or program-management systems.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Power BI and Tableau for reporting and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the Minority Fellowship Programs data platform.
• Manage full lifecycle: configuration, user access, data workflows, documentation, maintenance and vendor coordination.
• Partner with staff to support application, selection, award, participant tracking and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports to monitor KPIs and program outcomes.
• Ensure data governance, quality, privacy, and compliance across systems.
• Create SOPs, data dictionaries, system guides, and training materials.
• Provide training and technical support to internal users.
• Collaborate with leadership to align data work with grant objectives.
