Job summary

American Nurses Association, Inc. seeks a Data Analytics Systems Manager to lead modernization of the Minority Fellowship Program’s data platforms.

You will govern data collection, validation, and reporting, turning complex information into actionable insights for leadership, funders, and partners. You will collaborate with the Project Director and vendors to deliver secure, scalable solutions, enhance online applications, and produce executive-level dashboards and narratives that demonstrate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4–5 years managing data systems, reporting platforms, or related governance.
• Experience building dashboards and reports to support program metrics and decision-making.
• Strong data quality, governance, privacy, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator and SME for the MFP data platform.
• Manage full lifecycle: configuration, access, workflows, documentation, and vendor coordination.
• Partner with staff to support applications, selections, awards, tracking, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, data dictionaries, and training materials.
• Provide technical support and training to staff and authorized users.
• Ensure accurate data entry, conduct quality reviews, and enforce governance standards.
• Coordinate imports/exports/integrations and reporting datasets across systems.
• Support annual report preparation with accurate metrics and content.
