West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns to join our Data & Analytics team aligned to our Technology & Experience (TechEx) Practice. The internship focuses on leveraging analytics, data science, and data engineering to unlock client data potential.

As a Data & Analytics Consulting Intern, you will blend business acumen with technical problem-solving in SQL, Python, PySpark, or R, contributing to end-to-end analytics workflows with Tableau/Power BI visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress; expected graduation Dec 2027–Aug 2028.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA, US work authorization without sponsorship.
• Reside within 50 miles of the assigned office; hybrid work model.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with expenses covered.
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into workflows; strong critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client executives to understand needs and propose data-driven solutions.
• Work with project teams to deliver valuable outcomes; complete tasks under guidance.
• Evaluate and document client business processes and requirements.
• Develop and test investment hypotheses using data science methodologies.
