Job summary

West Monroe is seeking entry-level Data & Analytics Consultants to join our TechEx practice in a hybrid Chicago office. You will apply business understanding with data engineering and analytics to unlock insights and deliver client value.

Responsibilities include collaborating with executives, delivering outcomes with the project team, and developing data science workflows. SQL, Python, PySpark, and R are used to manipulate data and build models, with Tableau/Power BI for visualization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Aug 2027.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Reside within 50 miles of the assigned office; hybrid work model.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%; travel expenses covered by West Monroe.
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client executives to understand needs and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Work with project teams to deliver valuable outcomes.
• Own and complete tasks under guidance; document business processes and requirements.
• Develop investment hypotheses using data science methods to drive insights.
• Assist in creating detailed business cases and strategic recommendations.
• Design and develop reports and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI.
