Job summary

West Monroe seeks an entry-level Data & Analytics Consultant to join our Data & Analytics team within the TechEx Practice in the United States. You will blend business acumen with technical problem-solving to deliver data-driven solutions, using SQL, Python, PySpark, and R for data manipulation and analysis.

You will design dashboards with Tableau and Power BI, develop data management and ML tooling, and apply AI techniques to accelerate insights for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with graduation between Dec 2026 and Aug 2027.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• US work authorization now or in future (OPT/H-1B/TN).
• Reside within 50 miles of assigned office; hybrid work model.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%; travel expenses covered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client executives and team members to understand needs and propose data-driven solutions.
• Work with project teams to deliver valuable outcomes.
• Own and complete project tasks under guidance.
• Evaluate and document client business processes and requirements.
• Develop and test investment hypotheses using data science methods to derive insights.
• Assist in creating detailed business cases and strategic recommendations.
