Job summary

Google Cloud Public Sector is seeking a Practice Customer Engineer (Data Analytics) to partner with technical sales teams, differentiate Google Cloud to customers, and accelerate adoption of complex analytics workloads. You will design data foundation architectures and MVPs to demonstrate value to customers.

You will collaborate with Platform CEs and GTM teams to craft customer-specific solutions, provide deep technical guidance, and feed insights back to product and engineering to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of cloud native architecture experience.
• Experience engaging with technical stakeholders and executives.
• Experience with Big Data technologies and cloud native data workloads.
• Ability to design demos, prototypes, or workshops for customers.
• Experience with data warehousing, lakes, streaming, and data governance on cloud native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical win for complex data analytics workloads and accelerate adoption.
• Provide customer-tailored solutions and secure buy-in from domain experts.
• Offer deep technical consultation and build lasting customer relationships.
• Create reusable assets with the Go-To-Market team.
• Document and prioritize customer feature requests for product/resolution.
